Course Description

Our People Management suite consists of six modules, focusing on probationary procedure, dispute resolution, absence procedure, capability procedure, code of conduct and disciplinary procedures.

The aim of these modules is to guide the learner through various common workplace scenarios, with a focus on people management skills. Practical case studies and regular knowledge checks keep the learner engaged throughout.
